Do I receive a certificate after I complete a course?
Yes, certificates are available for most courses. Many certificates can be printed after the course has been completed, others are mailed after completion.
Is there a limit on the number of times I can take a course?
No, courses and course material have unlimited access. This makes it great for review purposes.
Is it possible to download the courses to a hard drive? If so, how is the progress tracked?
Courses cannot be downloaded because the integrity of the scoring would be compromised. Our program provides three critical functions: 1. Training 2. Administration record keeping; 3. Demonstration of due diligence on the part of the employer. A downloaded version would undermine the benefits of items 2 & 3.
